Powder Coating for Sheet Metal and Metal Fabrications
For commercial and government projects across Australia, our custom-designed batch oven powder coat system delivers quality finishes for a diverse range of metal items, from small brackets to large structural components.
To guarantee a quality and durable finish every time, our powder coating for metal products follows a four-stage procedure:
- Pre-treatment: prepares metal surfaces and applies coatings to enhance paint adhesion.
- Powder application: conducted in a dedicated spray booth, to control for contaminants.
- Powder curing: performed in a built-for-purpose oven.
- Quality inspection: conducted before removal from the line and packing for dispatch.
High Capacity and Versatility for Efficient Lead Times
Our powder coating equipment boasts significant capacity. This allows us to process large components, including structural products, and to also handle high volumes of work within competitive lead times.
- Dynamic Overhead Conveyor Track System: this design, combined with our spacious powder application booth and curing oven, enables us to efficiently process multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround times.
- Powder Application Booth: measuring 4m wide, 3m high, and 10m deep, it accommodates a wide range of metal components, from small brackets to large fabricated structures.
- Powder Cure Oven: dimensions of 2.8m wide, 2.8m high, and 6.8m deep provide ample space for effective curing of long products.
- Dedicated Handling Bay: designed specifically for hanging metal components on a hook system as well as facilitating quality inspection and packing.
- Operating Hours: operating five days a week from 5:30am to 10pm, we provide fast lead times to efficiently meet clients’ needs.
Wet Paint Spraying for Metal Fabrications
When project specifications call for a wet paint spray finish or when powder coating isn’t suitable, we can apply the required colour and method in our dedicated wet paint spray booth.
Our spray booth measures 20m long and 7m wide, accommodating a wide range of metal products, from small components to long structural fabrications. The fully enclosed design of our spray booth prevents contaminants from affecting the quality of the paint finish.
By using high-quality paints and leveraging our team’s expertise in application techniques, we deliver a flawless and durable wet paint finish for sheet metal and fabricated me
