John Holland Builders for West Connect Sydney project required large radius concrete columns manufactured in a specific tight timeframe.

Alliance Metal Solutions developed a number of these 5.3m radius concrete columns made from RHS, mild steel plates.

Processes adopted for this project included laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC bending, followed by mig welding to meet AS1554 standards. All of our AMS boilermakers are qualified to meet AS1554 standards.

Time Frame: 2 working weeks to deliver the set.
