Our Powder-Coating Services
At our Western Sydney factory facility we have an onsite powder-coating line. Our line is over 20metres in length, meaning we can hang multiple units and runs at a given powder production getting efficiency out of the line.
We use Dulux and Interpon powders for our powder-coating.
In 2021 the washing system in our powder-coating facility has been upgraded meaning it reduces even more impurities off metal. We was the metal twice before applying the powder and it solidifying in the oven.

We adopt a 3 step washing process:
Hard wash with a degreaser which removes all impurities and grease from the metals
Quick wash
Final hard wash before the pieces are hung to dry to be ready to paint
Very safe. In fact we receive reports from Sydney Water and environmental bodies about the waste minimisation and that no harm is going into our water drains and systems
